  1. Acceptance of These Terms

    • By accessing or using the Site or purchasing/using any services, programs, digital products, or content we provide (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

    • Agile Career Forge provides online mentoring, coaching, and career development services, including career jumpstart offerings, interview preparation, resume/LinkedIn support, workshops, and related resources. Services may be delivered via video call, phone, email, chat, templates, or digital materials, using Wix tools and other platforms we select.

    • We may update or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time.

    • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services. By using the Site, you confirm you are at least 18.

  4. Accounts and Accurate Information

    • If you create an account or submit forms, you agree to provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

  5. Payments, Billing, and Taxes (Wix Payments)

    • Payments are processed through Wix.com payment tools (“Wix Payments” or other Wix-supported payment options). By purchasing, you authorize us (and Wix as our processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.

    • You agree to provide current, complete payment information. If a payment fails, we may pause or cancel delivery of Services until payment is received.

  6. Scheduling, Rescheduling, Late Arrivals (Wix Scheduling)

    • Appointments are scheduled using Wix Scheduling or other Wix booking tools.

    • Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least [24/48] hours notice.
      Late arrivals: If you are late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.
      No-shows: If you do not attend a session without notice, it may be treated as a no-show and counted as used.

    • (You can adjust these rules to match your booking settings in Wix.)

  7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • Because coaching/mentoring time and digital deliverables are reserved and/or produced for you, we maintain the following policy:

  1. Single sessions: Refunds are available only if you cancel at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled start time.

  2. Packages/programs: Once a package/program begins (or once any portion is delivered), refunds are not provided, unless required by law.

  3. Digital products/templates/downloads: All sales are final once delivered/accessed.

    • If we must cancel a session, we will reschedule or provide a credit/refund for the canceled session, at our discretion.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

    • If you have a billing concern, contact us first at [support@agilecareerforge.com]. Unresolved chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of Services and access to materials.

  2. Intellectual Property

    • All content on the Site and in the Services—including videos, slides, templates, worksheets, programs, branding, text, and other materials—is owned by Agile Career Forge or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

    • You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own personal career development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any materials without our written permission.

  3. Client Responsibilities

    • You agree to:

  1. Participate honestly and respectfully

  2. Complete any agreed tasks or prep work

  3. Use your own judgment and make your own decisions

  4. Seek professional advice (legal/financial/medical/mental health) where appropriate

  1. Prohibited Uses

    • You agree not to:

  1. Use the Site for illegal or harmful purposes

  2. Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others

  3. Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or Wix systems

  4. Upload malware or interfere with Site functionality

  5. Scrape, copy, or misuse Site content

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

    • The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes (job offers, promotions, salary increases, interview results, etc.). Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

  2. Limitation of Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile Career Forge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Site or Services.

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Agile Career Forge for the Services giving rise to the claim.

    • You agree to indemnify and hold Agile Career Forge harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site/Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

  4. Third-Party Services and Links (Including Wix)

    • We may use third-party services (including Wix) to process payments, schedule appointments, host content, and operate the Site. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party platforms.

    • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site/Services if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse our content. You may stop using the Site at any time.

  6. Governing Law and Venue

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [County], Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

  7. Changes to These Terms

    • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
