Cancellation and Refund

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • Because coaching/mentoring time and digital deliverables are reserved and/or produced for you, we maintain the following policy:

  1. Single sessions: Refunds are available only if you cancel at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled start time.

  2. Packages/programs: Once a package/program begins (or once any portion is delivered), refunds are not provided, unless required by law.

  3. Digital products/templates/downloads: All sales are final once delivered/accessed.

    • If we must cancel a session, we will reschedule or provide a credit/refund for the canceled session, at our discretion.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

    • If you have a billing concern, contact us first at support@agilecareerforge.com. Unresolved chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of Services and access to materials.
