Agile Career Forge respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, use our online tools, book services, make purchases, or communicate with us.

A. Information you provide to us

  • Contact information (such as name, email address, phone number)

  • Booking information (appointment details, questions you submit through forms)

  • Payment-related information (billing name and transaction details). Card information is processed by our payment providers and is not stored by us.

  • Messages and communications you send us (emails, contact forms, chat messages if enabled)

  • Resume and job content you enter into our online tools (such as the Resume Audit and Resume Studio), including work history, skills, and job postings

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser data (IP address, device type, browser type, operating system)

  • Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, referring pages)

  • Cookies and similar technologies to help the site work, remember preferences, and understand usage

 

2) How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and deliver the services you request (coaching, mentoring, career services)

  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings

  • Process payments and send receipts and confirmations

  • Communicate with you about your services, updates, or support requests

  • Generate resume feedback, tailored resume drafts, and cover letter drafts using AI, based only on the content you provide

  • Run our pilot program and learn whether our tools are useful (feedback surveys)

  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience

  • Help protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

  • Comply with legal obligations

 

3) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed with:

  • Wix.com (website hosting, forms, bookings, and payment features)

  • Payment processors that handle transactions through Wix checkout

  • Google Workspace (business email and communications)

  • Anthropic, PBC (AI processing for our resume tools; see Section 12)

  • Netlify (hosting for the Resume Studio application)

  • Other service providers that help us operate, such as analytics, scheduling, automation, or customer support tools, if used

We may also disclose information:

  • To comply with law, legal process, or government requests

  • To enforce our terms and protect our rights, safety, and property

  • In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or sale

 

4) Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality and performance. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features may not work properly.

 

5) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and keep records of bookings and transactions, to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements, and to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Resume Studio pilot sign-ups and feedback are kept for up to 12 months after the pilot ends, then deleted. Anonymous usage events and daily usage counts are kept for up to 90 days. You may ask us to delete your pilot data sooner at any time.

 

6) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of certain information (subject to legal exceptions)

  • Opt out of marketing emails

7) Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

8) Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

 

9) Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

 

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top will show the latest version. If you keep using our website after changes, you accept the updated policy.

12) AI-Powered Resume Tools

What happens to your resume content: Resume Studio saves your resume, job postings, and drafts in your own browser's local storage. We do not keep a copy of your resume text on our servers. When you use an AI feature, such as fit check, tailoring, or cover letter, the relevant text is sent through our website to Anthropic, which generates the response. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this content to train its models.

What we store:

  • Pilot sign-up: your email address, the role you selected, and your consent choices

  • Feedback survey (optional): your ratings, comments, and whether you exported a document, linked to your email if you signed up

  • Usage events: anonymous action records (for example, "exported as PDF") and a random session ID, with no resume text and no email address

  • Usage limits: daily counts per browser session, used to prevent abuse

Your control: You can delete your resume content at any time by clearing it in the tool or clearing your browser's site data. You can use Resume Studio without joining the pilot. If you do, we store no email address for you.

Accuracy: AI-generated drafts may contain errors. Resume Studio is designed to use only the experience you provide. Review all content before you submit it to an employer.

 

13) Pilot Communications

We will only email you about your feedback if you check the feedback-consent box. We will only send career tips if you check that separate box. You can withdraw either consent at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
