Appointments are scheduled using Wix Scheduling or other Wix booking tools. i. Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least [24/48] hours notice. Late arrivals: If you are late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. No-shows: If you do not attend a session without notice, it may be treated as a no-show and counted as used. j. (You can adjust these rules to match your booking settings in Wix.) 7) Cancellation and Refund Policy k. Because coaching/mentoring time and digital deliverables are reserved and/or produced for you, we maintain the following policy: 2. Single sessions: Refunds are available only if you cancel at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled start time. 3. Packages/programs: Once a package/program begins (or once any portion is delivered), refunds are not provided, unless required by law. 4. Digital products/templates/downloads: All sales are final once delivered/accessed. a. If we must cancel a session, we will reschedule or provide a credit/refund for the canceled session, at our discretion. 8) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes b. If you have a billing concern, contact us first at [support@agilecareerforge.com]. Unresolved chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of Services and access to materials. New clients only. We’ll identify what’s blocking your next step (positioning, impact stories, interviews, or stakeholder influence). You’ll leave with 3 tailored actions. If it’s a fit, I’ll share how my mentoring programs work. Before we meet (5 minutes): Please come ready with (1) your target role, (2) your resume (if available), and (3) 1–2 examples of work you’re proud of. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
