FAQ
How do I show coaching results?
Pick one measurable change per engagement: delivery, quality, or team health survey scores.
Which coaching certifications matter?
ICAgile's ICP-ACC and ICF's ACC, PCC and MCC come up often. Scrum Alliance's CTC still counts if you hold it, but it closed to new applicants in January 2025. List only what you hold.
Should I list every framework I know?
No. List what you've coached in practice, with one example each.
