FAQ

Do I need the SAFe RTE certification?

Many postings list it as preferred, not required. If you have it, put the exact name under Certifications. If you don't, show the work: PI Planning, Inspect and Adapt and train-level metrics.

How many SAFe terms should I use?

Only the ones you can back with a real example. A keyword with no evidence reads as padding to a hiring manager.

How is an RTE résumé different from a Scrum Master résumé?

Scope. Multiple teams, a train-level cadence and program metrics, not one team's sprints.

Related guides

Scrum Master postings filter for delivery results, not a list of events. Use these terms where they're true, and pair each one with what changed.

Agile Coach postings look for change you caused across teams, not frameworks you know. Use these terms where they're true, and show the before and after.
