How is this different from a team coach résumé?
Enterprise coaching is measured at the business level: portfolio, funding and time to market. Show those.
Is SPC or CEC required?
SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) is common in SAFe organizations. Scrum Alliance's CEC still counts if you hold it, but it closed to new applicants in January 2025. Neither is required elsewhere.
How long should the résumé be?
Two pages is normal at this level. Lead with your biggest transformation.
