FAQ
CSM or PSM I?
Either is widely accepted. List what you hold, with its level, exactly as issued.
What if my team didn't track metrics?
Use what you can count honestly: team size, sprints run, releases. Then start tracking one metric now.
Should I list every Scrum event?
No. One line of context, then outcomes.
How do I write a Scrum Master résumé with no experience?
Lead with work you've really done that a Scrum Master does: facilitating meetings, removing blockers, tracking work. Add your CSM or PSM I. Never present course exercises as job experience.
What changes on a senior Scrum Master résumé?
Scope: several teams, coaching other Scrum Masters, and results across teams. See the Senior Scrum Master guide.
