Doesn't show leadership scope
Senior means reach. State the number of teams, Scrum Masters you coached and leaders you worked with.
Less than 70% of bullets contain a metric
Show results across teams, not just one sprint.
Job title doesn't match the target role
If your title was Scrum Master but you led several teams, show that scope in bullets. Don't retitle yourself.

FAQ
What makes a Scrum Master 'senior'?
Scope and influence: several teams, coaching other Scrum Masters, or org-level change. Years alone don't show it.
Do I need PSM II or A-CSM?
Helpful, rarely required. Evidence of multi-team results matters more.
Should I mention SAFe for a Scrum role?
Only if you worked in it and the posting mentions scaling.
